Outside Building:

Jim Gordon cocked his eyebrow slightly as the "Sewer King" responded. Gordon doubted this former convict would have anything to offer to help this situation, nor would even want to. But this Sewer King had already done his time in prison, so to Gordon he was a regular citizen at this point. Caution was still best however. Gordon spoke in a relatively calm voice,

"Alright listen, 'Sewer King', this is a dangerous zone right now. though we don't have some yellow tape going across the road, this zone is off limits."

But after a bit, Commissioner Gordon felt sorry for him. He sighed and handed the man a 20$ bill and said, "Go buy yourself some lunch or something. I know who you are, but that doesn't mean you can't be a proper citizen now."

Gordon patted him on the shoulder before moving away to set his eyes back on the situation in progress.

            Outside Building:




     The Sewer King wondered if the other man was familiar with him. He glanced from him to Robin and Batgirl. He frowned at them. The Sewer King began to doubt using Robin to steal any pretties for him. As for Batgirl, she still resembled Batman a bit. At least in costume.

           The Sewer King decided to keep his eye on Batgirl. Just in case she was exactly like Batman. The one almost responsible for ending the Sewer King's life due to mistreating children. He scowled at Batgirl for a few seconds. 

            Curiosity caused the Sewer King to tilt his head to one side after he was given a $20 bill. He gasped after the other man revealed he knew about him. ''How do you know about me? What did you hear about me?'' 

             Although the Sewer King remained vengeful, he decided to repay the man. He didn't have his children or pet alligators with him. Besides, perhaps Robin and Batgirl were able to lead him to Batman. Wherever Batman was. Assuming Robin and Batgirl knew where he was located. Assuming Batman remained alive.

            ''Let me repay you. Maybe not with cash or a pretty. Maybe I can aid you for now. Tell me what went on here,'' the Sewer King said.
