Bio: Mr. Oswald Cobblepot is another odd one. His sanity is debatable, but most would argue that he is perfectly sane (besides the whole killing and crime loving part). He may hate the Batman, but he should thank the masked knight. Batman is probably the only reason Oswald is placed in Arkham Asylum rather than being executed for his multiple murders.
Oswald Cobblepot; or also known as the Penguin; never had a good father figure as a child, and was forced to sell his only friends; some birds; in order to pay for the debt his dead mother had left behind. This combined with his being mocked by others for his short stature and pointy beak-like nose most assuredly is the reason he decided to accept his appearance and take on the name “Penguin”, and to steal whatever he feels is “owed” to him, just like what was done to him long ago.
